Located on the fourth floor of the historic Santa Fe Building, The Main Barre studio features large loft style windows so people can enjoy a unique view of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline while working out. Ultimately It's a brand that's not about a brand, it's about you. An exercise platform for you elevate your highest self.

TMB – THE MAIN BODY
THE MAIN BARRE – THE MAIN BODY is our signature class! This 1 hour workout blends dance, pilates, and yoga-inspired moves with a great playlist for a fun, fast-paced experience. TMB – THE MAIN BODY is a 4 part workout that targets arms, thighs, core and glutes with rehabilitating stretches throughout. Open to all levels. Mat, weights, and resistance bands provided. You will burn about 300 to 500 calories per session. We recommend taking this class 3 times a week to see significant results.
TMB ROCK HARD GLUTES + ABS
BRING YOUR SHOES! THE MAIN BARRE – ROCK HARD is a targeted workout series for GLUTES + ABS. Get moving with a dance inspired, intense cardio warm-up that’ll burn calories, then take it to the barre for a focused training sesh that will leave you with lean, toned abs and strong shapely glutes. Advanced students only. You will burn about 300 to 500 calories per session. We recommend taking this class after 5 sessions of TMB – THE MAIN BODY.
TMB YOGA SCULPT
THE MAIN BARRE - YOGA SCULPT is one of our favorite variety classes. Turn up the challenge, combine the breathe and let's flow... this heated class offers vinyasa styled yoga, along with strength, shadow box & HIIT interval training moves that will sculpt and shape you head to toe. If you're looking for a class that will make you sweat, give you that cardio burn, and balance, this class is meant for you! One of founder's favorite class!
TMB CANDLELIGHT FLOW
THE MAIN BARRE – CANDLELIGHT FLOW is our extended FULL BODY class with a combo of Barre & Yoga. This 75 minute class is perfect for those looking to boost flexibility or do a relaxing, yet effective workout after a long day. Water is provided, however we recommend bringing a beverage with electrolytes. Open to all levels.
